Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges include handling, admin and packaging fee.
Delivery charges depend on weight and destination.
Delivery is by Fastway, AAE, Courier Please and other traceable courier.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Australia is 3 – 7 working days (excluding Public Holidays and Christmas period) once payment has been received.If no-one is available at the time of delivery and if your parcel is sent by Fastway Courier or other Courier, you will receive a calling card to organise another delivery time. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time however due to circumstances outside of our control your order may be delayed. PNW cannot guarantee delivery time frames.
Damage in transit
If your package is sent within Australia, your parcel is fully insured by PNW. All orders sent by Fastway courier or other courier must be signed for.
Acceptance of delivery
All deliveries will require a signature. When you receive your package, check that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If so, write this clearly on the delivery note of the delivery acceptance form. Please note that anyone who signs for the goods at your nominated delivery address will be assumed to be authorised by you to do so. This includes but is not limited to staff, colleagues, relatives and friends.
PRODUCT RETURNING POLICY
Before sending any goods back to PNW, please read the following procedures carefully to ensure you get your credit quickly and accurately.
- Credit will not be raised on goods after 14 days from invoice date.
- Claims for under supply (shortages), or incorrectly delivered stock (wrong items) must be requested in writing within 48 hours of receiving goods, a copy of PNW’s invoice must be provided
- Please check your stock carefully before enhancing (decorating) the product. If the goods are embroidered, printed, label changed, out of it is individual wrap or in any way altered or enhanced, no credit will be issued and the goods will be returned.
- If the goods are required to be delivered to (or pick up by) third party (eg. Your printer, embroider, etc.), it is your responsibility to make sure they check the goods before any enhancing.
- Before sending goods back to us please fill in the Return Authority Form and fax it to our RA department together with a copy of PNW’s invoice. We will then issue a Return Authority Number. Unless it is PNW’s fault, goods will be returned at your cost. You will need to keep a copy of the return freight consignment details.
- Goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted from the couriers, so please quote our RA# clearly on the consignment note and on each shipping carton and your company name.
- PNW will start processing your credit claim once we received your return. If you have not received out credit note within 7 days, contact our accounts department to follow through for you.
- Return for credit samples or your customer’s cancelled orders are strictly limited to fourteen days from our invoice date and must obtain a Return Authorisation Number.
- Return for credit will attract a $15 restocking fee plus outwards freight cost. This Policy will not apply to incorrect/faulty delivery made by PNW.
- RA Numbers are issued “ Subject to the following conditions”: If the reason for return is found not to be true or goods are not packed properly, PNW reserves the right to cancel RA number and goods will be returned at your expense.
RA form must accompany retuned goods.
RA form must be completed clearly and must state a reason for return.
